Stuart Kitson
(Managing Director)
Stuart joined KUE as a mechanic. His natural ability quickly led to him becoming a site manager, then Managing Director in 2007. Having been at the company for over 40 years, Stuart’s knowledge and experience is unrivalled (he was a key founding member of the System 918 Wet Abrasive Blasting System). Outside of work, Stuart enjoys time with his family and can be found enjoying a round or two of golf.
Jeremy Flintoft
(Finance Director)
Jeremy joined KUE as an Accounts Clerk Trainee. As he developed his skills, he progressed to become the company financial controller before rising to Finance Director of the company in 2007. Away from work Jeremy can be found watching or playing football when he’s not being “Dad’s taxi” for his four children.
Bob Harland
(Sites Director)
Bob joined KUE as a storeman in the early eighties and his natural leadership and understanding of site work quickly lead to him becoming a Site Manager. Due to his expert knowledge of Blast Preparations, Bob became a Director of the company in 2007. Outside of work, Bob can be found at Odsal Stadium supporting his beloved Bradford Bulls.
Gary Kerr
(Commercial Director)
Gary joined KUE in 1992 as a QC Assistant to help the implementation of the old BS5750. In April 1994 an opportunity arose to gain further experience in the coating and lining side of the business as he became Projects Sales Assistant and then Manager with Lithgow Saekaphen. When the company centralised its activities to Bradford, Gary’s continued development led to him holding his current position of Commercial Director. Gary is also a certified NACE Level 1 Coating Inspector. Away from work, Gary can be found enjoying his favourite pastimes of exploring local history, digital art, fishing and following Bradford City football club.
Tyran Howard
(Works Manager)
Tyran joined KUE in 2002 as a Trainee Sprayer, his excellent coating skills and natural ability to lead soon led to him becoming a Workshop Supervisor, later elevating to his current position of Works Manager. Tyran is also a certified NACE 1 Level Coating Inspector. Away from work Tyran can be found spending time with his family and working out at the gym when he can.
Rob Willsmore
(QHSE Manager)
Rob joined KUE in 2012 as a QHSE Assistant and has gained a wealth of experience in a relatively short space of time from the then Quality and HSE Managers, one of whom was an experienced Chartered Member of IOSH. Rob subsequently became QHSE Manager in 2017; he holds a NEBOSH General Certificate (Credit) and is also a certified NACE Level 1 Coating Inspector. In his spare time, Rob has a passion for motorsport and can be found at many racing circuits around the UK.
