Scope of Work
Install Mobile Blast Enclosure and Temporary Blast Building. Mobilise blast team and equipment to site to carry out glass bead abrasive blasting services remove build up of scale from copper generator coils.

Method
The KUE Temporary Building Team mobilised to site to erect a 3.7m x 10m Mobile Blast Enclosure and a 5m x 10m Temporary Blast Building. A self contained KUE blasting rig was situated adjacent to the Blast Enclosure and the Blast Building.
Heavy duty reinforced rubber blast lines were coupled together and run from the Blast Rig into both the Blast Enclosure and Temporary Blast Building.
KUE extraction units were installed in each building to ensure clear working vision.
24 hour working in each enclosure ensured minimal downtime during the clients critical path schedule.
The Enclosure and Blast Building ensures that self contained surface preparation can be carried out, without the need for use of unreliable scaffolding and sheeting. As critical, high value plant doesn’t have to leave site, it ensures it remains secure.
After completion, the KUE Temporary Building Team mobilised back to site to remove the Blast Enclosure and Temporary Blast Building.
