Heat-Cured Coatings and Linings
SÄKAPHEN® heat-cured coatings and linings offer high-end corrosion protection against an extensive range of aggressive mediums. SÄKAPHEN® guarantees excellent protection against strong acidic and strong alkali mediums – even at high temperatures, including both gas and immersion phases.
SÄKAPHEN® heat-cured coatings and linings are based on phenolic and phenolic epoxy resin combinations. They are hydrophobic and resistant to water vapour diffusion. SÄKAPHEN® heat-cured coatings and linings offer extremely high chemical resistance, even at temperatures above 120°C, and are not affected by temperature fluctuations. SÄKAPHEN® heat-cured coatings and linings prevent incrustation and fouling, thus reducing required investment and maintenance costs.
SÄKAPHEN® heat-cured coatings and linings are solely applied in the UK within our comprehensive workshop in Bradford.
SÄKAPHEN® currently offers 12 differing heat-cured coatings and linings for all environments.
Cold-Cured Coatings and Linings
SÄKAPHEN® cold-cure coatings and linings offer excellent protection against aggressive acidic and alkali mediums up to 100°C in wet conditions and higher in dry environments. SÄKAPHEN® cold-cure coatings and linings can be applied both within our works or on site.
SÄKAPHEN® cold-cure coatings and linings are two component and cold curing. SÄKAPHEN® cold-cure coatings and linings provide excellent protection against aggressive acidic and alkali mediums including both gas and immersion phases.
SÄKAPHEN® currently offers 11 differing cold-cured coatings and linings for a wide range of environments:
- SÄKAPHEN® HR60® Extra TG and SÄKAFLAKE® 900 offer excellent diffusion resistance (ΔT 85 ° C).
- SÄKAPHEN®, SÄKAFLAKE® 900 and 200 SÄKALINE offer excellent impact and abrasion resistance through their glass flake or ceramic filling.
